Part-Time Enrollment
Please submit any outstanding documents via Parent Portal. Email and fax submissions for documents are currently unavailable.
Wisconsin students enrolled in a public school are allowed to participate in the Department of Public Instruction’s Part-Time Public School Open Enrollment. This will enable students to remain enrolled in their current school district while taking one or two online courses at Wisconsin Virtual Academy (WIVA).
Submit a part-time application
For students in grades 9–12, the Part-Time Public School Open Enrollment Application must be submitted to and approved by WIVA six weeks prior to the start of a semester.

- The deadline to submit a part-time application is six weeks before the first day of the semester.
- Students should work with their school district to complete the application and mail it to the WIVA office.
