Wisconsin Virtual Academy: Celebrating Our February Students of the Month

We’re thrilled to announce Wisconsin Virtual Academy’s Students of the Month for February! These exceptional students were nominated by their teachers for demonstrating outstanding behavior, academic achievement, and a positive attitude throughout the month. 

To ensure a fair selection process, a random drawing was held to determine the winners from all the deserving nominees. We’re thrilled to highlight the achievements of these students and the positive impact they’ve made on our virtual learning community. 

Elementary School Student of the Month: Sincere Redd – 3rd Grade

Ms. Hammann, Sincere’s teacher, shared this about Sincere’s nomination: Sincere does his best every day in his own way. He pushes himself to try new things and always shows pride in his hard work. He is always prepared for class and ready to learn, both with his class materials and with a positive attitude. Sincere is a fantastic leader in his reading foundations classes. 

Middle School Student of the Month: Elijah Dreier – 6th Grade

Ms. Gonzo, Eli’s teacher, shared this about Eli’s nomination: Eli is an extremely hard worker. He shows up to class each day with a positive attitude. He is always willing to try his best and his efforts in class help create a great learning environment for everyone in the classroom. 

High School Student of the Month: Emma O’Rourke – 11th Grade

Mr. Watson, Emma’s teacher, shared this about Emma’s nomination: Emma has always been a strong student, but this semester, I’ve noticed her engaging more actively in class discussions and emerging as a leader. Her newfound confidence is impressive, and I truly appreciate the insight and energy she brings to our conversations. It’s great to see her voice becoming a valuable part of our classroom.
