Simple Steps to Enroll

The 2026–2027 school year Open Enrollment window (February 1–April 30) has closed. If you applied during Open Enrollment, accepted families should follow the instructions provided in their acceptance letter to complete enrollment through the K12 Enrollment Portal

If you missed the Open Enrollment window, you can still apply through Alternative Open Enrollment, which is now open and will remain open throughout the entire school year. 

Before applying, we recommend gathering the required documents:  

  • Proof of Age (birth certificate or passport)  
  • Proof of Residence  
  • Immunization records (required to remain enrolled and may be submitted after initial approval if needed)  

Follow the steps below to apply: 

Step 1: 

Digitally complete an Alternative Open Enrollment Application. A copy of this completed form will automatically be submitted to our school staff and to the email address you provide on your application. 

Step 2: 

Review of Alternative Open Enrollment Applications can take up to 20 days. Families will receive an email and a letter via postal mail indicating if their application is approved or denied. If approved, the letter will include the next steps for enrolling. 

Step 3: 

If your application is approved, families will complete enrollment via the K12 Enrollment Portal
