Wisconsin Virtual Academy: Celebrating our March Students of the Month

Wisconsin Virtual Academy: Celebrating Our March Students of the Month
We’re thrilled to announce Wisconsin Virtual Academy’s Students of the Month for March! These exceptional students were nominated by their teachers for demonstrating outstanding behavior, academic achievement, and a positive attitude throughout the month.
To ensure a fair selection process, a random drawing was held to determine the winners from all the deserving nominees. We’re thrilled to highlight the achievements of these students and the positive impact they’ve made on our virtual learning community.
Elementary School Student of the Month: Aubrey Ubersox – 4th Grade
Mrs. Finger, Aubrey’s teacher, shared this about Aubrey’s nomination: “Aubrey is so kind, hardworking, and responsible! She is willing to help out a teacher or a classmate at any time. She always gives her best effort and perseveres through challenging tasks. Aubrey’s positive attitude and work ethic will help her be successful with any task!”
Middle School Student of the Month: Ezekiel Reed – 6th Grade
Mr. Weisensel, Ezekiel’s teacher shared this about Ezekiel’s nomination: “Ezekiel is always engaged in class, sharing his ideas and explaining his thinking in a way that helps everyone learn. Ezekiel is also a great teammate, always willing to help others during small group. On top of that, Ezekiel stays on top of their work, turning it in on time and making sure it’s high quality. Their hard work, kindness, and positive attitude make them a great part of our class!”
High School Student of the Month: Aaron Borja Benitez – 10th Grade
Ms. Riehle, Aaron’s teacher, shared this about Aaron’s nomination: “Aaron works really hard to make sure that he gets his work done correctly and on time in my Developmental Outdoor Literature class. On top of that, he participates in class discussion when few other students will. I truly appreciate his hard work and dedication, and wish more students in the class made the same effort he does. I know he struggles to always understand what to do, but he is willing to work with me every day to improve his writing and comprehension.”
