Young organist to perform in Beloit Sunday

BELOIT – David Devine, a talented young organist, will perform in the next Musica Maxima presentation set for 3 p.m. Sunday at First Congregational Church, 801 Bushnell St.
Devine has been studying organ with Max Yount for about three years. He is a senior at Wisconsin Virtual Academy and has been serving as the organist of the Anglican Catholic Church in Janesville. He has been applying to the best universities and recently auditioned at the University of Iowa.
Also, a small portion of the program will be feature Josephine Navarro on piano, who performed in Beloit on Jan. 29.
